Ernesto Valverde has been appointed as the New FC Barcelona Coach.

The 53-year-old previous Barça player was already Athletic Club Bilbao Coach and he will assume control for the 2017/18 season. Valverde will be exhibited on Thursday as FC Barcelona coach alongside his right hand Jon Aspiazu and previous blaugrana José Antonio Pozanco will's identity as the fitness coach.
The FC Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu remarked in the press conference to pronounce the new coach that "today I have talked by and by with Valverde and he is glad and amped up for the test of training Barça."
Besides, the president included: "Valverde has the ability, the learning and the experience. He advances players from the young groups and he has a style and a method for working like our own. He has a philosophy of the game that is extremely Barça and he is a diligent employee. also, he is enthusiastic about applying innovation to both training and matches."
This will be Ernesto Valverde's second spell at the Club, his initially coming as a player in the vicinity of 1988 and 1990. The new Barça mentor won the European Cup Winners' Cup and the Copa del Rey in his two seasons as a component of Johan Cruyff's squad, playing 29 amusements and scoring 10 objectives in the official rivalry.

As a coach, Valverde has an abundance of involvement in Spain and abroad. He has had two spells as coach at both Athletic Club Bilbao and Greek group Olympiacos and in addition having trained at Espanyol, Villarreal and Valencia. In his profession, he has pushed his groups to no under six trophies, five with Olympiacos and one with Athletic Club.
