Matteo Darmian played a key role in helping Manchester United keep a clean sheet in their Europa League semi-final.
The Red Devils beat Celta Vigo 1-0 away in Spain, courtesy of a memorable Marcus Rashford free kick.

United are in pole position to reach the final, where they will likely play Ajax, who made light work of Lyon in their first semi.
Darmian was filling in for United at left-back, with Jose Mourinho continuing to rotate his options in the position.
The Italian played the same role away to Anderlecht in the last round, a game which ended a 1-1 draw.
Darmian was a Louis van Gaal signing from Torino in 2014 and had an excellent start before coming up against Alexis Sanchez in a defeat to Arsenal at The Emirates.

This weekend United visit the Gunners, and Jose Mourinho will have to decide whether or not to give Darmian the nod.
His inclusion last night may suggest he has another plan for Sunday's game, but Darmian's solid performance may have been enough to suggest he deserves to get the nod.
